Nice topic. Audio tool is probably my favorite. It is a collection of modular virtual hardware that you can link sequence on the fly in your browser! http://www.audiotool.com/appAnother good one is the Whitney music box. http://wheelof.com/whitney/index.php?var=v2 It is a really nice visual representation of math and music. Plus it is damn hypnotic too.
